AIA has created an opportunity for Senior Manager to lead and develop our business performance and operations for our AIA financial services business. Reporting to the GM Advice Capability and Research, you play a pivotal role to help solidify our current market share and set up AIA for further success.
To do this successfully you will: Be responsible for driving business performance across GA, PA and Health streams as well as managing day to day operational activities for AIAFS.Drive performance adherence through GA and PA streams through HO/SME governance forums.Monitor adherence to business outcomes through proactive use of data insights to drive performance as well as providing key stakeholders with intelligence, analysis and lead generation initiatives to enable growth.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and develop ongoing campaign needs to support AIAFS, including in relation to health and customer retention strategies.Be responsible for retention of customers within AIAFS, including the development and delivery of componentry required to support a comprehensive customer retention strategy within AIAFS.Design, define and deliver strategic Operations initiatives to move closer to our AIAFS future-state vision.Lead and manage a team of data professionals, developing, and implementing data strategies, and driving innovation.Successful applications will demonstrate: Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Financial Services or Advice industry.Knowledge of technical strategies, product provider commissions, and compliance requirements including banned commission legislation.Experience managing and digitising retention strategies and processes within a financial services organization will be highly regarded.Experience working with multiple systems to create data outputs, including but not limited to Salesforce, PowerBI, and Tableau.Customer led problem-solving ability, including experience in enhancing the customer experience.Change management experience and the ability to drive change agenda without detrimentally affecting Business as Usual activities.Extensive experience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing within all levels of the organization.At AIA Australia, we're proud to help guide, support and protect the wellbeing of over 3.5 million Australians.
