THE OPPORTUNITY To meet the growth of the organisation, we are now seeking an experienced Management Accountant professional who is looking for a new challenge.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Monthly management report preparation. Proactive analysis of costs and cost drives to support operations to managebudgets and deliver efficient services. Gain a thorough understanding of impactful cost and revenue drivers toimplement and improve forecasting accuracy. Work closely with key stakeholders and internal customers relating to financialmatters. Conduct variance analysis on all forecast inputs, investigate anomalies and negotiate with forecast providers to manage variances. Further adapt and enhance the reporting procedures and strategy to ensure the finance function continues to achieve efficiencies and compliance with policiesand accounting standards.
To be considered for this role you will have / be: CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or working towards). 4 years accounting experience in budgeting, forecasting, creating timelines and management reporting. Proven ability building strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Excel and broader MS office skillset. Strong communication and presentation skills with staff and senior management.
