We are seeking a Senior Management Accountant. Our core business encompasses sugarcane and sweet potato production, a compost facility, and farm development and earthmoving capabilities. We have an opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team based in Bargara. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of Management Accounting and some Financial Accounting tasks. Monthly Management Reporting & Analysis – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Statements Weekly Production KPI reporting Assist with budget planning and monitoring Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and Depreciation schedules Month End Reconciliations Intercompany transactions and consolidation Support AR, AP & Payroll functions Monitoring of WIP projects Assistance with End of Financial Year Reporting Continuous improvement and development of finance policies & procedures Provide general ad hoc financial support to the whole of the business

About You

Previous experience working in a complex commercial organisation or chartered accounting firm CA/CPA or working towards is highly desirable Strong communication skills and collaborative approach Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and ideally you will have previous experience with MYOB
