Senior Maintenance Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our Perth-based team, delivering maintenance and reliability engineering services for an onshore gas plant.
In this role, you will support our clients by providing high-level technical expertise and leadership across maintenance strategy, data optimization, asset reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities: Deliver maintenance engineering services aligned with client and regulatory standards.Optimize and update maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance and compliance.Develop CMMS Maintenance Master Data per client guidelines; perform criticality analyses and manage critical spares to maintain asset reliability.Develop and revise maintenance work instructions and lead improvement initiatives.Lead and coordinate inspections on process piping, vessels, and equipment to ensure compliance.Support operational and maintenance teams, fostering communication and implementing safety-focused strategies.Collaborate on engineering specifications, design modifications, and issue resolution.About You: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Extensive experience in maintenance engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.Proven track record in maintenance improvement projects, with expertise in FMECA, RCA, and RCM.Proficient in CMMS systems, regulatory standards, and statutory requirements.Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach.If you're a driven and skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with a passion for maintenance innovation, we want to hear from you!
