A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Senior Lawyer with specialisation in Disputes, Regulatory Engagement and Investigations. As part of this role, you will be involved in delivering high quality legal services to a customer-focused and motivated legal team.

Description
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing and advising on matters involving ASIC, APRA, ACCC and SIRA
Advising on regulatory engagement and associated remediation programs
Proactively identifying and advising on issues which may impact the firm
Project management and more

Profile
Key Requirements
8+ years PQE gained in-house or from a leading law firm
Exposure to commercial disputes & litigation, financial services regulatory, and general commercial contracts
Knowledge of general insurance products, claims and coverage issues
You will be a driven individual who enjoys building business and stakeholder relationships
