Who are we looking for? We're working on an exciting full-time onsite assignment with one of our longstanding property development clients, and we're interested in hearing from property lawyers to come join us to commence their LOD journey.
To join us, you will:
Have a minimum of 8 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)Be experienced in property lawBe client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground runningEnjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationshipsThis assignment will see you advising on the preparation, negotiation, execution and registration of retail and commercial leases for our client in NSW, QLD and the ACT, and commercial property investments in Australia (including general leasing and property advice). Subject to capacity, you may also get involved with providing assistance on general corporate and commercial matters for the business.
This assignment will commence in November and initially run for 3-6 months, with scope to extend. Our client's offices are located in the CBD.
