About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts including sales, service, procurement, lease and IT agreementsWorking closely with various teams within the business to provide strategic advice on a wide range of issues including compliance, employment, intellectual property, privacy, competition and consumer law mattersProviding support in connection with proposed business acquisitions including managing due diligence materials and negotiating transaction documentsDrafting policies, reports and training materials in response to legislative changes and business requirementsExposure to and support for the group's company secretary, risk management and sustainability functions About you
You have:
Current Australian practising certificate with +6PQE in-house or private practiceStrong experience with technology legal workExcellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detailAbility to communicate confidently and develop effective relationships with the team, the business and external stakeholdersAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
