About the role

Reporting to a supportive and friendly Chief Legal & Risk Officer & General Counsel, your diverse range of duties will include:
Negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreementsCompany Secretarial and governance dutiesConvening and administering board and committee meetingsAdvise on regulatory and compliance mattersProvide legal input into commercial projects and initiatives including risk managementAdvising on commercial law, data and privacy, intellectual property, promotions, and advertisingDirect and manage external lawyers to achieve cost-effective solutionsAbout you

You will be a 4+ year PQE commercial lawyer with strong drafting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. A strong contract law background is essential. Proven experience advising on commercial contracts and the confidence to conduct negotiations is required. Any prior governance and company secretarial experience is highly regarded. An interest in getting involved in the governance area is required.
A pragmatic, practical approach and the ability to work within tight deadlines while managing multiple stakeholders is essential.
