This growing business has substantial scale and deep financial backing from high-profile international investors.About the roleAn opportunity has been created for a senior infrastructure and PPP lawyer to join our client's in-house legal team. In this critical role, you will be embedded with the business and will support the bidding for and delivery of large infrastructure projects, with a focus on the renewable energy.Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting the project team in negotiations with key partners (including government).Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of project documentation including joint venture and consortium agreements.Assisting project risk from a sponsor and contractor perspective.Advising on D&C, O&M and procurement contracts.Tenders and RFPs.Working with and instructing external counsel.About youYou will be a senior lawyer with significant experience in PPPs and infrastructure. You will have the confidence to work autonomously with the business, providing pragmatic legal advice and support to senior stakeholders.
