KBE Legal Talent has been exclusively briefed by a high profile ASX listed company to secure an exceptional Major Projects & Construction Lawyer to join this high performing in-house legal team.
You will be joining one of the most sought-after in-house legal teams.
This is a 10-month contract role with the potential for extension.
About the role
Working directly with the General Counsel and key stakeholders across the business you will play a key role in advising on all legal aspects across major projects and construction matters.
The company has an international reach providing you the platform for extensive client engagement across the globe.
This role will involve providing advice across the following:
Strategic contract administration across major resources, development / infrastructure projects and general construction matters
Advisory work in structuring major projects Development and transactional matters for major infrastructure Advising key stakeholders on infrastructure and construction advice/contracts Advising on EPCM contracts Procurement and project delivery for major projects Legislative and regulatory requirements and compliance Who we are looking for:
Our client is interested in meeting with lawyers with 10+ years' PAE, who bring significant major projects, infrastructure, and construction experience.
Ideal candidates will have experience from a top-tier or national firm, or a leading in-house legal team.
This role will suit a lawyer who can operate with a high level of autonomy and who is seeking highly complex, interesting and challenging work, within a fast-paced environment.
