Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide accurate, innovative, and customer-focused legal advice, primarily within the Consumer Finance domain. This role will support the organization by ensuring legal risks are managed effectively while driving simplification and innovation in legal processes.

Expertise in applying risk-based decision-making to legal issues.Proven ability to simplify complex legal requirements while driving innovation.Experience:
10+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), either in private practice or in-house.In-depth knowledge of the NCCP Act and Corporations Act as they apply to consumer credit.Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws.Admission to practice law in Australia.
