energy retail sector .
The Senior Legal Counsel will be solely responsible for

delivering high quality legal support

to the Board, Executive team and all business units, ensuring the business minimises legal risk.
As the

trusted legal advisor , some of the key accountabilities will include:-Providing

timely and commercial legal advice

to internal stakeholders;Assist with the preparation and review of agreements to maximise commercial outcomes and minimise legal risk;Legal review of marketing materials, customer collateral, training and scripts;Management of legal disputes;Supporting the GM of Compliance in responding to regulator inquiries and information requests.Some Company Secretary and AFSL responsibilitiesAbout you…Ideal candidates will have:6+ years post admission experience gained within the energy retails sector, Telco experience desirable;Ability to discuss/review key risks with key stakeholders;Excellent negotiation/influencing/drafting skills with ability to effectively manage competing priorities;Highly developed, effective communication skills – both written & oral to deliver complex ideas and issues simply and powerfully;Strong attention to detail and knowledge of the areas of law outlined ;Independent and self-motivated, flexible and resilient – able to adapt quickly;Commitment to professional excellence.If you're looking for a solid, long-term career role within a positive, collaborative and collegiate culture where you will be able to fully utilise all facets of your expertise to deliver & support exceptional service then don't miss this one – enquire now!To apply online, please
