Senior Legal Counsel – EmploymentLeading Technology OrganisationSydney – Hybrid WorkingA leading, rapidly growing technology company is seeking an employment senior legal counsel. The role will report into the Head of Legal andinvolve working closely with various teams and leadership across the business.Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic legal advice on a range of employment and workplace mattersAssisting in developing policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements Monitoring and identifying emerging employment and work place issues and developments from a legal or regulatory perspectiveWorking closely with and advising the People & Culture team with managing and resolving workplace complaints and investigations, performance management and disciplinary proceedings.Assisting the legal team on broader commercial contracts as required.Key Requirements:Ideally a minimum of 8 + years PQEPrevious employment law experience gained from a renowned law firm or In-House organisationExposure across Asia Pacific will be view favourably but not essentialProven experience in advising across a broad range of employment-related areas, including; international relocations, appropriate workplace behaviour, workplace health and safety, performance management, disciplinary proceeding and workplace complaints and investigations.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to prioritise multiple matters and stakeholdersExcellent influencing and negotiating skillsA positive attitude and someone who enjoys working as part of a team as well as autonomously.If your looking to work in a fast paced environment within a rapidly growing business with career progression please click the 'Apply' button.
