About our client

High growth ASX listed company providing a wide range of services vital to develop and operate essential networks and services including power, gas, water and renewable energy, utilities, roads, rail and telecommunications.

Advise on the design, construction, operation and maintenance of assets across these networks.

Exposure to large and complex projects.

Includes front and backend work and potentially some broader commercial work as well.

About the role

Our client is seeking a lawyer at Senior Associate level in private practice or equivalent level in-house

Reporting to the General Manager – Legal , you will be required to provide legal advice to a range of stakeholders in relation to construction, infrastructure, project and corporate related matters

Work alongside stakeholders across construction and engineering projects providing assistance with both front and back-end matters, advising on contractual and project delivery risks and a broad range of other commercial law matters

About you

Ideally experience in construction law, projects and/or infrastructure

Lawyers with front and/or back-end experience will be considered

Demonstrated solution focused advice with a "best for business" approach will also be highly regarded

You will bring an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to the role and enjoy fostering strong working relationships across the business

Hybrid working model. CBD based Head Office role.
