We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the optimisation of our team's operations through efficient processes, cutting-edge technology management, and strategic initiatives that align with HESTA's overarching strategy.In this influential position, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective legal and compliance services by implementing and overseeing robust systems and processes. You will manage relationships with external providers and collaborate across diverse teams to drive positive outcomes.About you:Extensive experience as a business/operations manager in a corporate legal/compliance department including experience with technology trends.Strong understanding of legal and compliance software and case management systems.Extensive experience with developing and implementing work systems and processes related to business operations.Strong system administration management skills or background.Prior experience with regulatory compliance technologies a plus.Extensive experience in uplifting people process and technology efficiencies in the delivery of Legal and Compliance functions (or analogous service functions) in an organisation that has had significant growth.Sound and prudent project management skills.Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward by gaining the support needed from others while working in a cross-functional role.Data analysis experience utilizing BI tools and spreadsheet modelling.Benefits that matter and make a difference for our employees:Leave for those moments that matter: an additional 6 days of leave at the end of the year, up to 6 days paid volunteer leave, gender-neutral paid parental leave of 20 weeks, Gender Affirmation leave, reproductive health and wellbeing leave, Cultural and Ceremonial leave.
