The Role: This is a fast-paced role offering a chance to work with some of Sydney's most prestigious and newly built properties. As the new Senior Leasing Consultant, you will need to have the ability to provide a high-level service that is above & beyond your high-profile client's expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
Routine inspections
Diary Management
Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs
Reference checking
Reviewing application forms
Ad hoc administration duties
The Successful Candidate: Previous leasing experience in Real Estate
A current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car and valid driver's license
Proficient knowledge of Real Estate programs
Fantastic communication both written & verbal
Excellent computer skills
A high level of organization
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A strong work ethic
