Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking a motivated self-starter with ideally a proven track record of achievement in sales and/or business development to join the Leasing and Acquisitions Team! Position: Senior Leasing and Acquisitions Manager
Level: DHA Level 6
Salary Range: $97,587 to $112,189 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation
Location: Sydney, Hunter, Brisbane and Townsville
About the role There are two current ongoing opportunities (one in NSW and one in QLD) in the regions listed, and we are seeking to form a merit pool for potential future opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in property or a related field, with experience in leasing, sales, and/or business development all desirable.
The role will be responsible for a range of activities including working as part of a team managing a portfolio of leased properties, identifying and converting new business leads and prospecting for new potential properties to add to DHA's portfolio via direct negotiation with stakeholders and integration across industry.
