Job Description Development and implementation of learning and development strategies. Management of L&D programs for employees across all levels. Conducting needs assessments to determine areas of improvement. Overseeing the training budget and ensuring cost efficiency. Assessing the success of development plans and making necessary adjustments. Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content. Providing end-to-end management of training events. Reporting on L&D activities to senior management. The Successful Applicant The successful Senior L&D Officer will be able to demonstrate:
A strong background in Learning and Development. Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Excellent all-round internal business partnering skills. What's on Offer VPS 5 salary range of $109,000 - $129,000 per annum plus superannuation. Fixed term contract for a period of 21 months. Opportunity to work in a respected public sector organisation.
