Senior Learning and Development Consultant - Design Location: Hybrid: Mill Street, Perth Children's Hospital

Part time appointment may be considered. Position Profile: We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to take ownership of the Design portfolio and help drive our alignment and maturity as a learning organisation.
Reporting to the Manager Learning & Development, and together with the Senior Learning and Development Consultant (Delivery), you will apply your strong understanding of adult learning principles and the principles of employee engagement to develop, implement, manage, and evaluate organisational development programs.
Your ability to engage and consult with leaders, our clinical workforce and frontline staff, organisational development colleagues, and external vendors will be key as you work with them to identify learning needs, and design and develop suitable learning responses, including capability frameworks, leadership programs, training modules, coaching solutions, etc.
Key responsibilities include: Designing, developing, and delivering impactful organisational learning programs in areas such as leadership programs (all levels), management skills uplift, and coaching solutions.Collaborating and consulting across CAHS stakeholders (leaders, the wider OD team and L&D colleagues) to explore learning needs and determine practical solutions, balancing best practice with organisational need.Establishing and maintaining effective networks and working relationships across the CAHS services, fostering collaboration in solution development and implementation.Leading learning and curriculum design using contemporary adult learning principles, recognised learning frameworks, and behaviour change principles.Evaluating the effectiveness of programs using evidence-based methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, experience in learning analytics, and the ability to facilitate and design engaging programs that deliver value for participants and the organisation.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting approach, learning design skills and expertise in ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation) processes will be highly regarded.
