The Clough Group is an Australian Engineering and Construction company based in Perth, Western Australia. It has projects in engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance services, principally in the oil and gas industry.Senior Lead Planner Responsibilities:Demonstrates leadership in supporting the incident injury-free work environment with visible compliance and participation.Drive integrated project controls model through intelligent coding between Primavera, Envision, and Prism and educating the planners in their role with Envision on Quantities/Progress/Forecast Dates and Prism on SCurves and Progress Reporting.Dependent on the project size, able to supervise or support the project set-up phase:Define the WBS/ABSWork with cost to align the budgeted unit hours/quantities from the estimateSet up tracking & monitoring metrics to controlAnalyse and report project status, man-hours & progressEnsure alignment to Clough contractual, reporting, and control requirementsDependent on the project size and scope execution, able to manage schedule across all facets of engineering, procurement, subcontracts, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, and closeout.Supervise and monitor schedule structure parameters for submissions by ensuring conformance with both Client and Clough internal guidelines.Responsible for incorporating progress updates into the working schedule utilising the agreed progress type:Time RelatedQuantity BasedIncremental Milestone BasedAssessment BasedResponsible for the development of comprehensive Basis of Schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and Critical Path information.Understanding of agreed scope, estimate, commercial framework, and reporting obligations against the head contract.Responsible for coordinating planning forecast meetings, driving interface of package owners in the forecast process to validate the integrity of the forecast, understand the key drivers for change to forecast and identify risk and opportunities.Assist in the development of the project Construction Work Packages (CWP) and Field Installation Work Packages (FIWP).Company Requirements:Code of ConductDemonstrate Clough ValuesBehaviours in MPOEClough Management System requirementsQualifications:Relevant Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Human Resources or equivalent8+ years' relevant experience of which 2-3 years were spent operating in a project environmentDemonstrated experience leading a teamSolid understanding of CMS and its application in a project environmentWork Location: Karratha and all around AustraliaSummary of role requirements:Flexible hours available2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWorking rights required for this roleExpected start date for role: 30 November 2024Expected salary: $170,000 - $180,000 per year
