Job Responsibilities Legal Advice: Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on various law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division, with a strong focus on addressing the specific needs of clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution. Admitted to practice law in Queensland and a member in good standing with the Queensland Law Society. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing any one of litigation / family / commercial / migration lawyer. Proficiency in English and any other languages (Chinese / Cantonese preferred), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of any one of Australian litigation / family / commercial / migration law regulations and procedures. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances. Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload effectively, with great attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, especially Chinese Cantonese-speaking clients.
