Working alongside a couple of highly regarded partners you will advise across: Contractual disputes Misleading and deceptive conduct Professional Indemnity Shareholder Disputes IP Disputes Property Disputes Trust Disputes Some Insolvency matters About the Role:You will be admitted to practice in NSW and have at least 6 years of Dispute Resolution experience.
In addition you will have excellent drafting, negotiating, client facing and leadership skills.
