The partners at this firm are award-winning and consistently rank at the top of the legal tables, especially in litigation and dispute resolution.Clients of the firm include local and international corporations, ASX-listed companies, high net worth individuals, property developers, financial institutions, and clients in the renewables, health-care, aged care, and education sectors.The RoleDue to growth, this firm is looking to recruit a talented and ambitious experienced commercial litigator for their team. This team works on high-profile disputes in the superior courts. A flavour of the work includes:corporate and regulatory disputesregulatory disputes and investigationsdefamation, media, and IT disputesconsumer law litigationinsolvency-related litigationhigh-value contractual disputesequity disputesfraud and white-collar crime litigationAs an experienced lawyer in the team, you will have matter and client responsibility. This is not a volume litigation practice; the matters are meaty and complex.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:have at least 4 years of post-admission experience in the area of commercial disputeshave strong litigation and technical skillsbe highly organisedhave first-rate communication skillsbe able to work autonomously as well as part of a teambe enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about achieving resultsBenefits & CultureOn offer is a competitive salary package along with flexibility (hybrid working week).
