About the role: Working closely with a Senior Managing Solicitor Opportunity to take over a practice with support staff already in place . Be involved in all facets of worker's compensation such as mental health/psychological (bullying & harassment) claims, slip & fall injuries and industrial accidents The ideal candidate: Senior Lawer with 5+ PQE with a plaintiff personal injury background. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail. Highly empathetic and able to delicately navigate your approach when speaking/advising clients.
