Working on large-scale portfolio claims & complex, high quantum matters . Conduct liability investigations, reviewing policy documents and drafting pleadings & legal correspondence. The ideal candidate: Senior Lawyer, with Senior Associate at least 4+ years' experience in workers' compensation and/or defendant public liability. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Willing & able to mentor junior lawyers. Excellent communication and client management skills, regularly keeping clients informed and up to date with the case progress.
