The Role Our client is seeking a Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate with over 4+ years' PAE to join their corporate team in Melbourne.
This role will involve you working closely with a highly regarded Partner specialising in:
M&A transactions Equity capital markets Corporate advisory Joint ventures Commercial arrangements Restructures General commercial and corporate contracts About You To excel in this position, you should:
Have substantial experience with M&A transactions and a strong background in Corporate Advisory/Mergers & Acquisitions Demonstrate expert knowledge in legal due diligence, including drafting detailed due diligence reports Exhibit a direct, client-focused approach with excellent relationship-building and communication skills Provide sound, practical, and innovative legal advice to corporate clients Show strong contract drafting skills, legal analysis, and problem-solving abilities Possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid academic background Have a keen desire for career development, as this role offers significant growth opportunities Benefits A competitive salary package, and supportive work environment that fosters real career development.
