The RoleDue to growth within the firm, our client is looking to add a corporate lawyer to their Corporate Advisory practice.

The TeamThe team acts on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A and general corporate matters.
The team has advised on matters including but not limited to, M&A – private and public, domestic and cross-border, ASX Listing rules, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, partnerships and business structuring and restructuring.
They are proud to have acted on high profile cross-border transactions across a broad range of sectors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have between

4+ years PAE

gained at

Top Tier practice , with an interest in working on high level corporate matters.Experience working on key matters relating to corporate/M&A and other general corporate transactions including ECM.
