This is a 12 month contract role (with the opportunity forextension) for a full time Senior Landscape Architect who has strong capability acrossBIM to join our team. We have two roles available – one in Brisbane and one on the GoldCoast.You will be responsible for the production of project documentation, delivering on timeand on budget to achieve successful, people-driven outcomes. You will have a focus onlandscape design, design development and documentation. Coupled with this technicalcapability, you will have great communication skills, strong level of self-motivation andlocal knowledge. The areas you will work across will include:
• Coordination with BIM team• Project coordination with consultant team• Preparation of design drawings,• Project administration• Preparation of construction documentation
Essential Experience / Attributes:
• Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture• 8 years min. industry experience• Expertise in AutoCAD• Competence in BIM• Competence in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup• High level written and verbal communication skills• The ability to work autonomously and within a team• Not essential - Competence in Lumion / enscape• Not essential – horticulture / planting knowledge
