The Senior Project Manager will join a small but effective team to help shape the future and legacy of this program to ensure long-term success.About Your New RoleReporting to the Program Manager under the IT Program Lead and Tech Lead, you'll be a proven IT Project Manager who has experience working across time-critical programs within the critical infrastructure or operational technology space.
You will be accustomed to working in more greenfield programs where you have played a role as a project manager to help build out an IT function from conception to inception.Key tasks include:Overall responsibility for multiple IT infrastructure projectsSolution scope and design, with a strong emphasis on simplifying processes as you help shape the new environmentHelp managing the external delivery partnersCollaborate closely with other members of the IT development team to deliver an integrated portfolio of application/platform/infrastructure/cyber security solutionsDrive disciplined planning, process, execution, and measurement of workDrive disciplined process execution and use resources efficiently to focus on critical prioritiesHelp build and shape a great work culture in an ambitious teamAbout YouAn experienced IT Project Manager from an IT infrastructure backgroundPrevious greenfield project experiencePrevious critical infrastructure, Enterprise Asset Management or operational technology experienceRelevant Project Management qualifications - PMP, Prince2, PMBOK or similarA passion for problem-solving and working proactivelyKnows the relevant questions and solutions that are required in an environment with no existing workflowsDemonstrable experience in working with a variety of IT infrastructuresPrior experience of working with Operational Technologies (OT)Can think independently while working in a collaborative business where being a team player is essentialThe BenefitsThe opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting joint ventures in NSWNewly created role – Create a legacy!Australian company on an exciting growth trajectoryCompetitive rates in a secure, long-term programAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
