We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant/Project Manager to support our cybersecurity projects, primarily focused on penetration testing and adversary simulations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management principles and technical exposure to cybersecurity or software development projects.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for cybersecurity engagements, including penetration tests and adversary simulations.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client requirements.
Act as the central point of communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Technical Assistance & Oversight
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project goals align with cybersecurity best practices and client expectations.
Maintain a high-level understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including penetration testing, threat modelling, and adversary simulations, to provide relevant support.
Review technical documentation and reports for accuracy and clarity.
Administrative Support
Schedule and organise meetings, including project kick-offs, progress updates, and debriefs.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
Maintain and update project documentation, tools, and databases.
Client Interaction
Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in gathering project requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project delivery efficiency.
Implement tools and methodologies that enhance team collaboration and productivity.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a project management or virtual assistant role, preferably in cybersecurity or software development projects.
Exposure to penetration testing, adversary simulations, or related cybersecurity engagements is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Ability to understand technical jargon and translate it for non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
