Senior Invoicer

ACE Materials Handling are looking for an experienced Senior Invoicer or Invoicing Supervisor to join our close-knit team on a 10-month contractual basis, based in our Darra office. This contract role would see the successful candidate working 4 days a week, preferably Monday & Wednesday - Friday however days are flexible for the right person. This initial contract would also be assessed for permanency upon the completion of the 10-month contract period should the successful candidate be interested. 
This role will see the successful applicant completing but not limited too, the following duties;
Manage open jobs list for proactive progression of works invoicingProactive management towards task completion and driving team members for efficient and successful invoicing completionEnsure Invoicing team KPI's are met e.g. client invoicing cut off dates met monthlyRun reports as requiredManage progress payments Front screen dockets for accurate completion of all required segmentsComplete an array of invoicing duties and invoice clients for completed works and progress paymentsHigh quality administrative duties with great attention to detailConsistent communication with key management positions to achieve department needsThe successful candidate will need the following experience and attributes to succeed in stepping into this senior position within our organisation;
