We're looking for someone with exceptional alternative dispute resolution experience to join our extraordinary and close-knit team.
Who we are: The Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) (EWOV) is a not-for-profit, independent and impartial dispute resolution service. We provide Victorian energy and water consumers with free, accessible, and informal dispute resolution.
Your new role and team: The Dispute Resolution Team receives and resolves complaints from consumers about electricity, gas and water providers. We apply a fair and reasonable approach to all our work to ensure we are accessible, independent, fair, accountable, efficient and effective.
As an EWOV Senior Investigator, you will use your exceptional alternative dispute resolution skills to manage a moderate to complex caseload, facilitating the timely resolution of consumer complaints. You will also support the investigations team through case guidance, sharing knowledge, coaching, and training, and will triage and allocate cases to investigations team members based on complexity.
