ABOUT THE ROLE To manage a complex caseload of conduct related matters, and report on complaint, conduct and probity issues or concerns that relate to our staff. Develop training and provide expert advice and support to managers to help improve the system for handling these issues. Play a key role in strengthening ethical work standards and practices and professional conduct across NSW Ambulance. Conduct and/or review complex and sensitive internal investigations

You will have experience in conducting multiple complex investigations, often highly confidential and time-sensitive. You will be grounded in best-practice investigative approaches, including core trauma-informed and person-centred guiding principles. You will be adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty. You will be self-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, including building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external interested, affected or relevant parties. You will bring high-level integrity, ethics, judgement, and an ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion. Become a highly valued member of NSW Ambulance Professional Conduct & Integrity Unit (PCI) and NSW Ambulance.
