The Finance and Business Services team, or FaBS as we like to call them, is the engine room of REA Group and is headed up by the Chief Financial Officer. The Employee Communications team is responsible for strategic communications, employee communication channels, and partners with Groups to deliver on their key business-wide communications initiatives and announcements.What the role is all about:Help paint the big picture. Making sure our employees understand what we're here to do and why, by linking back internal messages to our company strategy.Build strong relationships so you can provide impactful communications advice and support to our Executive Leadership team, people managers and employees.Providing senior communications support to plan and deliver quarterly internal results briefings, townhalls and annual strategy briefings.Creating and delivering high impact internal communication strategies for big initiatives including our global enterprise transformation programs and annual REA Kick-off events.Effectively measuring the impact of employee communication initiatives and communicating campaign results so we continually improve outcomes.Seeking out the stories and the people that demonstrate our strategy in action.Keeping your eye on the horizon to stay current with trends and best practices in internal communications and employee engagement, so we are always improving and developing our approach.Working closely with your Employee Communications & Corporate Affairs teammates to coach and foster a cohesive high performing team.Who we're looking for:Strategic, leader and operations expert: You'll play a crucial role in our Employee Communications team, combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. This will see you craft communication strategies, manage timing, coordinate schedules, and measure campaign success.Collaborative, persuasive and grounded: You'll be working with everyone and anyone at REA. We need someone who is confident with our CEO and executive leaders, resilient enough to take direct feedback, intuitive enough to manage ambiguity, likes a challenge and who has an innate sense of curiosity.Excellent writer and clear communicator: Clear, compelling content is a must. You must have a keen eye for detail and a talent for writing creatively for a diverse audience, from tech experts to the sales elite.Tech-savvy & explorative: We're a leading digital company that specialises in property advertising. We're inquisitive about new technology and new approaches to communicating with our people.
