Senior Internal Communications Advisor

Internal Communications (Marketing & Communications) Contract/Temp Contract role until the end of the year (ASAP start) Attractive daily rate + flexibility (WFH) Sydney CBD, Melbourne CBD location or fully remote Dynamic and highly reputable healthcare organisation is seeking a passionate Senior Internal Communications Advisor to join their collaborative and high performing People team.
Reporting to the Head of Project Communications, this role supports the People team working on confidential change projects for a contract until the end of the year.

You will be responsible for: Consolidate, simplify and create remaining landing pagesSupport delivery of operating model communications plan - consolidate feedback, capture change management information for impact assessment, co-ordinate/schedule stakeholder meetingsIdentify all content in the People playbook required to be moved to a new standalone SharePoint siteContent creation – support the Chief People Officer with notes, Workvivo posts, key messages, key collateral, briefing packs etc.You will have: Demonstrable internal communications and change communications experienceProven industry experience in Communications / Journalism / Corporate Affairs or similar disciplineAt least 4 years' experience in developing and delivering effective internal communications, with a demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiativeThis is a fantastic career opportunity for a passionate internal communications professional to work with an industry leader in the health industry who offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home, a diverse and inclusive culture, and endless career opportunities.
