Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Interior Design team on specific project type.Mentor and guide Junior Designers.Utilize Revit for design and documentation tasks including Kit-of-parts concept packs, test fits, sketch planning etc.Take a hands-on approach to manage projects from concept through to completion, including client interactions.Drive your project team in creating on-brand designs for an array of existing clients.Contribute to business development. Skills and Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in design, with proven expertise in leading teams and projects.Proficient in Revit.Experience in branded, multi-site roll outs Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality delivery.Team-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.Excellent communication skills, efficient problem solver and a keen eye for detail.
