Are you an experienced Gardener? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader Parks Maintenance to provide horticulture services to maintain and enhance our open spaces including parks, gardens and streetscapes across our city.
You will be a team player who can provide leadership and mentoring to the open spaces crew as well as provide support to other crews across the team in the delivery of their works.
Our ideal candidate will understand the importance of scheduling runs, identifying issues and propose solutions to improvements.

We offer: Permanent full time, 38 hours per week with the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight Commencing salary range from $65,965 - $70,002 per annum (based on skills and experience) Plus 11.5% superannuation and adverse working conditions allowance Great culture with a strong, values led and progressive team Access to local government benefits such as; LSL after five years, three weeks sick leave per annum, Fitness Passport, Provident Fund activities and more.
