Senior Interior Designer / Interior ArchitectThis small to mid-size multi-disciplinary practice carefully considers their design philosophy against social, environmental, and economic factors.
They aim to create live-able architecture and interiors and are empowered by a strong leadership group and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Design PrincipalDevelop design schemes under the leadership of a Design Principal and in conjunction with the project teamDeliver projects either as the Project Leader or in conjunction with the project teamPrepare, document and develop drawings, details and specificationsSpecify finishes and materials from initial concept to final FFE specificationsWork with the design team in the delivery of key submission requirementsLiaise with clients, construction team and other associated stakeholdersDeliver allocated work within agreed timeframesSkills and Experience Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture10+ years' post grad experienceExposure to workplace, education, aged care and hospitality projects idealProficiency in Revit and AutoCADSkills in Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, ExcelExperience with Twin Motion, Lumion (or similar), or ability to learn quicklyKnowledge of Building Regulations, Australian Standards and DDAAbility to integrate design requirements with the documented built formConfidence in formulating design decisions and presenting for discussionProactive approach, with maturity and sensitivityWillingness to respond to direction and take feedbackCurrent Driver's license preferredBenefits & Culture Supportive leadership teamGreat diversity in clients and projectsCBD based office with Flexible Working ArrangementsCollaborative and friendly environmentCompetitive remuneration packageFocus on career development and progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
