Collectively, we are a diverse national team, applying a consistent design methodology to deliver successful projects for our clients and the people who inhabit them.About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with proven experience working in a commercial design environment to join our thriving Sydney office as part of our interior design team, working across multiple sectors with a focus on our workspace sector, including both design and strategy.As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be involved in managing projects, including project financials and acting as the client contact, with support from our Partners. Strong design acumen and stakeholder management skills are a must.This is both a leadership and hands-on role. We rely on our designers to manage projects from end to end, sometimes with assistance from our senior leaders and Partners, documenters, our technology team, or autonomously. All our designers are required to have strong Revit skills as well as the proven ability to communicate designs and ideas through multiple mediums including Revit, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop.Our open and light-filled Sydney studio is in the heart of the Sydney CBD, close to trains, buses, and ferries, with onsite showers for those who enjoy riding or running to work.
