Where you'll be working The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre.

What you'll be doing The Senior Instructional Designer supports the Professional Practice and Interprofessional Collaboration (PPIC) portfolio within the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) to develop digital learning products to enable learners in the NSW Health workforce to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies that improve performance.
The Senior Instructional Designer works in close collaboration with project teams to develop and design interactive digital learning products to meet learning outcomes and the performance needs of the NSW Health workforce. This role undertakes scoping of learning needs in consultation with subject matter experts and performs the detailed instructional design of each learning solution. The role works closely with the District HETI Digital Learning Experience Design team to provide expert advice on best practice digital learning methods to develop fit-for-purpose, contemporary learning solutions.
The role will enable HETI to deliver world class education and training which supports improved health outcomes across NSW. Through innovative creativity, this role will facilitate the development of contemporary education that supports the full range of roles across the NSW public health system.
