In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging claims data and workforce planning data to provide actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic workforce resourcing.Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future workforce needs based on business projections and industry trends.Create Qliksense dashboards and enhance data literacy across the organisation, ensuring data quality and refining data definitions.Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team, to provide insights and strategic guidance.Collaborate within a business support function to seamlessly integrate insights and data into decision-making processes.Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional development.Contribute to other business-related activities and initiatives as required.About you:
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.Three or more years of demonstrated proficiency in workers' compensation, general insurance, or financial services.Hands-on expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as Qliksense, Power BI, and Tableau.Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is desirable but not necessary.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Adept at working effectively within a team-oriented environment.Excellent planning and decision-making skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
