Senior Insight Manager (quant) Department: Client Delivery

Description This is a unique role within Human8 as this is a chance to own and develop a relationship with our largest client in both Australia and the APAC region. It's a growing relationship and we are eager to ensure we grow the team with that trajectory. Spending most of your time on this account alongside an experienced research Director, you'll be able to foster a strong relationship with research managers on the client side as well as senior stakeholders of one of Australia's most influential brands.
The account includes a diverse mix of brand tracking, ad hoc quant as well as the opportunity to grow your skills in qual but supporting on our ongoing communities and ad hoc qual projects. In addition, you will have the chance to be across advanced analytics projects that will be run by our Marketing Science director. This role is a full 360 insights role that allows you to focus on building a thorough understanding of a major organization and their brand, comms and customer experience needs.
You will be a key contact on the account and the customer facing most of the time, so being a great client relationship manager is a must. To help you deliver excellence, you will also be supported by two more junior members of the team to ensure you can focus on spending time working on client deliverables, and proactively supporting their needs.
Key Responsibilities Actively manages projects end to end with the support of junior consultants and our project services (operations) team. Help train and upskill our junior members of the team. Independently adds value through commercially astute and impactful conclusions and recommendations, with lighter support from senior members of the team. Consistently deliver high quality outputs that are stakeholder ready. You are an experienced presenter and workshop host, you can confidently give impactful presentations to clients, with light support from seniors for most strategic projects. You thrive on building strong client relationships and love connecting with clients and their stakeholders in person. You can adapt your style to suit different client groups and seniority levels. By building your relationship with our largest client, you will engrain a sense of trust and open up new avenues for new project opportunities and growth. Upon request, gets involved in the brainstorming, creation, and delivery of internal training, with support from the Learning & Development manager. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Education level: A bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. psychology, social studies, policies, business, economics etc). Experience: At least 5 years as researcher (quant) – any qual experience is an advantage. Proven Track: Demonstrated success through impactful research projects. Other skills and attributes: Report Writing: Ability to communicate complex research findings effectively, and in English that a marketing stakeholder can understand. Leadership: Motivate and guide the team, build trust, and ensure project success. Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals for funding and project management. Statistical Software Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Q or SPSS etc. Problem-Solving: Address challenges promptly to keep projects on track. Analytical Skills: Interpret data and provide meaningful insights. Budgeting: Manage project budgets efficiently. Presentation Skills: Convey research results to stakeholders.
