And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled.What do I need?To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills, education & personal attributes:10+ years' relevant experience in Mainframe Performance and Capacity Planning.7+ years' experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment incorporating planning, implementation, operational management, configuration and maintenance.Experience in TDS (Tivoli Decision Support for z/OS), IZPCA (IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics) and SAS/MXG.Full understanding of IBM Z Systems (IBM z15) and Operations.Experience with investigating performance issues on MainframeKnowledge of other system products such as z/OS (z O/S 2.5), IMS, CICS, DB2.Solid understanding of capacity planning concepts including producing capacity plans.Experience with z Series Hardware, processor, DASD, tape and strong understanding of components that comprise the mainframe environment.Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline, or equivalent experienceRelevant technical certifications desirableWhat is it like to work there?We aim to provide one big, supportive team to help us achieve our purpose of creating better futures together.
