This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of our clients' IT systems infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:Systems Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain systems infrastructure that aligns with business goals and scalability requirements.Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting: Provide technical expertise in systems technologies, applying your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues efficiently. Offer escalated support as needed.System Availability & Security: Ensure the high availability, reliability, and security of the systems operating environment, protecting critical business data and ensuring uninterrupted service.Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they understand system performance, risk, and strategic needs.ITSM & ITIL: Manage system-related processes in accordance with ITIL standards, including change management, incident management, and configuration management.Key Technologies:On-premises & Cloud (Azure) serversVirtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix)Microsoft technologies, including SQL, DNS, and Active Directory (AD)Cloud Services such as AzureITSM & ITIL processes, including change management, incident management, and configuration managementQualifications:Experience: 5+ years in systems or infrastructure engineering roles with hands-on experience in the technologies listed above.Certifications (Desirable):Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE)Virtualization Certifications (e.g., VMware, Nutanix)Azure Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate)Apply For Job
