The Role: Collaborate with a team of Network/System Administrators across the APAC region Participate in configuring and troubleshooting the firm's networks, servers, infrastructure, and services Provide operational support and enhance the health and hygiene of the TWA Infrastructure Develop metrics, monitoring, and reporting systems for trend analysis and infrastructure health management Install and support physical equipment in regional data centres Lead troubleshooting efforts for systems, storage, and network issues Integrate solutions from Engineering teams into the operations framework Resolve complex technical issues and conflicts Communicate effectively and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and interface groups throughout project phases Collaborate with security teams to implement security standards across the infrastructure Manage and lead external vendors, third parties, and agencies when necessary Provide subject matter expertise and resolve complex break/fix scenarios by engaging broader teams and partnering with vendors for continuous improvement Experience: Australian PR or Citizenship can only be considered for this role BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and operations Strong analytical, organisational, process improvement, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of networking principles, practices, and technologies Proficiency with Windows and Linux server technologies Familiarity with multiple platforms such as Grid, Internet, Client/Server, Virtualization, and Storage In-depth understanding of enterprise storage solutions Solid foundation in all areas of Infrastructure Technology Project-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks across various functional areas Capable of working independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team environment Technical knowledge and Working experience in: AWS Ansible/Puppet or similar configuration/management suites Palo Alto/Checkpoint Firewalls Arista/Cisco switching Kubernetes, Argo, Redhat, Python ServiceNow LDAP MS Active Directory GIT DNS NetBox Confluence/Jira If this role or company sounds like your next career move, then please click APPLY online or reach out to me by email at .
