By leveraging a combination of talented individuals, innovative products and solutions, cutting-edge technology, market data, and a vast client network, it continues to enhance the way financial markets trade.The Role:Collaborate with a team of Network/System Administrators across the APAC regionParticipate in configuring and troubleshooting the firm's networks, servers, infrastructure, and servicesProvide operational support and enhance the health and hygiene of the TWA InfrastructureDevelop metrics, monitoring, and reporting systems for trend analysis and infrastructure health managementInstall and support physical equipment in regional data centresLead troubleshooting efforts for systems, storage, and network issuesIntegrate solutions from Engineering teams into the operations frameworkResolve complex technical issues and conflictsCommunicate effectively and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and interface groups throughout project phasesCollaborate with security teams to implement security standards across the infrastructureManage and lead external vendors, third parties, and agencies when necessaryProvide subject matter expertise and resolve complex break/fix scenarios by engaging broader teams and partnering with vendors for continuous improvementExperience:Australian PR or Citizenship can only be considered for this roleBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalentExtensive experience in infrastructure engineering and operationsStrong analytical, organisational, process improvement, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of networking principles, practices, and technologiesProficiency with Windows and Linux server technologiesFamiliarity with multiple platforms such as Grid, Internet, Client/Server, Virtualization, and StorageIn-depth understanding of enterprise storage solutionsSolid foundation in all areas of Infrastructure TechnologyProject-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks across various functional areasCapable of working independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team environmentTechnical knowledge and Working experience in:AWSAnsible/Puppet or similar configuration/management suitesPalo Alto/Checkpoint FirewallsArista/Cisco switchingKubernetes, Argo, Redhat, PythonServiceNowLDAPMS Active DirectoryGITDNSNetBoxConfluence/JiraIf this role or company sounds like your next career move, then please click APPLY online or reach out to me by email at ******.
