We currently have one (1) permanent full-time or part-time position available for immediate filling.
About the Role Reporting to the Manager Industrial Relations, you will work in a supportive team that provides a comprehensive industrial relations consultancy to various stakeholders.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Interpretation of industrial instruments, legislation and case law Preparation and provision of advice and support regarding performance management, sub-standard performance and grievance resolution Research and development of policies, procedures and related resources Coordination of and participation inUnion consultative committees and meetings Industrial dispute resolution processes Industrial agreement bargaining Represent the Department in proceedings before the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission and other tribunals. Eligibility To Apply You must be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent residency.
