Industrial & Employee Relations (Human Resources & Recruitment)Government - State (Government & Defence)We currently have one (1) permanent full-time or part-time position available for immediate filling.About the RoleReporting to the Manager Industrial Relations, you will work in a supportive team that provides a comprehensive industrial relations consultancy to various stakeholders.Some of the responsibilities include:Interpretation of industrial instruments, legislation and case lawPreparation and provision of advice and support regarding performance management, sub-standard performance and grievance resolutionResearch and development of policies, procedures and related resourcesCoordination of and participation inUnion consultative committees and meetingsIndustrial dispute resolution processesIndustrial agreement bargainingRepresent the Department in proceedings before the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission and other tribunals.Eligibility To ApplyYou must be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent residency.Closing Date: 4:00pm AWST 8 November 2024.
