As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a full-time In-House Litigation Lawyer specialising in corporate and commercial litigation to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an In-House Litigation Lawyer with approximately 8+ years of PQE and demonstrated experience in managing corporate and commercial litigation matters, including insolvency-related legal matters.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and a proven track record in handling complex legal disputes.

Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and take carriage of corporate and commercial litigation matters.
Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments within the company, including the development and construction teams, as required.
Manage external legal counsel when necessary.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to practice in Australia.
Minimum of 8 years post-admission experience in corporate and commercial litigation with experience in insolvency strongly preferred.
Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution in both the state and federal jurisdictions.
Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
