Senior Id - Project Leader

Renowned Hospitality Design studio has experienced significant growth and is on the verge of a new era.
Grown from a boutique to a medium/large Design studio, they are looking to attract strong Project Delivery Designers to their business.
Joining an established team, these Project leaders will oversee multiple projects, leading from Design to Delivery. Managing external consultants, driving documentation and project outcomes to lead to Project Success, ensuring design is maintained through the life of the project and overseeing construction stages.
Well-rounded Designers to deliver projects who have high-end Hotel or High-End Residential experience are encouraged to apply. Around 10-15 years of experience, post-graduation of Bachelor of Interior Design/Interior Architecture/Architecture with project delivery from A to Z of high-end design-oriented projects welcome. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to manage client relations, external consultant and contractor relationships, and to present to Management.
